How do I book an apartment ?
Fill in the search box to find availability. From the selection of available apartments please choose the one that suits you. Click the "Book This Apartment" button. Select the arrival and departure date on the booking form. Once you have the price press the "Book This Apartment" button again to confirm your choice. You will be contacted as soon as possible via email with the confirmation by our staff that your booking has been registered.

When do payments happen?
The payment is done in cash or via credit card upon check in.

How can payments be made?
The balance can be paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer upon check in. There is a 3% handling charge if the credit card option is elected. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. If you pay by AMEX is 4,95%. In case you choose to pay with DINERS CLUB or JCB card, the fee is 4,5% from the total amount.

How do we check out?
Call ApartHomes during your stay. We will make all the arrangements for your departure including the collection of keys, airport drop-off etc.

Can a booking be cancelled?
To cancel a reservation written notification must be sent by e-mail within 2 working days.

Can a reservation be changed?
If the client wishes to make changes to their reservation, they must send an email to booking@aparthomes.ro from the same email address used for the reservation process, 2 days before the check-in date, specifying the required changes. Changes to a reservation are subject to availability.
